伊索寓言：小男孩與蝎子
有個小男孩在城墻前捉蚱蜢，一會兒就捉了許多。忽然看見一只蝎子，他以為也是蚱蜢，便著兩手去捕捉它。蝎子舉起它的毒刺，說道：“來吧，如果你真敢這樣做，就連你捉的蚱蜢也會統統死掉。
小孩聽罷就跑了，蝎子很得意。過了一會兒小孩又回來了，拿出一個長長的夾子，輕佻的夾住蝎子的尾巴，小孩蹦蹦跳跳的跑回家給媽媽看他今天的收獲，媽媽很高興，中午弄了一盤油炸蝎子給孩子吃。
這個故事告誡人們，要分辨清好人和壞人，區別對待他們。
